How filters and fallback work
Any means wildcard, not exact-match null. For each origin/destination pair, the map picks the best available explicit row that matches your filters.
This follows the main calculator’s fallback logic for missing detail: route exact → route all → carrier summary → NES baseline. NES is the generic fallback baseline used when explicit route/carrier detail is unavailable.
